I would highly recommend The Animal Place! I've been a loyal client for years, and completely trust the doctors to provide competent, comprehensive care to my pets. My dogs also love the attention they get from the staff. They always greet my pets by name and take the time to give them individualized cuddling and praise. The doctors and staff take their time and are great listeners. I've never felt rushed and always leave feeling that my pets received the best treatment possible.

We just took our new adopted dog, and deeply appreciate the care and concern that the bet and staff all showed to our newest family member. In the 20+ years that we have lived in Rockville, we have brought two dogs and three cats for care at the Animal Place Veterinary Hospital, and we come back for another 20 years!! Can't recommend this wonderful team of caring professionals too highly!

I have been going to Animal Place since it opened in 1997. Dr. Gardsbane and her very able bodied staff are truly great. They all are so caring, compassionate and very friendly. Absolutely no doubt all vets, techs and assistants are so disposed but why go to others when I'm so satisfied with the staff I've been going to for 17 years. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Animal Place Veterinary Hospital to anyone seeking help for their animal/s.

I have been taking my kitty-boys to Dr. Gardsbane for longer than I can remember (16+ years). She is knowledgeable, kind and caring - both for my cats, and for us "parents" when we've had to make some tough decisions. They give a discount for 3 or more pets, and provide excellent care. Wait times are usually 5-10 mins, but on the infrequent occasions it's been longer, I know it's because a pet is having a tough time. I've needed more time on those occasions, so I surely don't mind someone else needing a bit more TLC. I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful vet, and I will never go anywhere else.

I have been bringing my beagle to The Animal Place since 2002. I've always found the staff and the doctors to be exemplary, sincere professionals of the highest degree. It almost doesn't matter who sees Jake, because he always gets the best possible care. Everyone is willing to explain even the most minute of details without being condescending. Considering I don't speak dog and don't go through what he goes through, it's nice to hear from someone who knows what they're talking about!
