I always make early appointments (before 9am), and these folks book 3, 15-minute appointments simultaneously. While they have yet to be on time, my last visit was unacceptable. I waited for nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment for an annual tick disease test for my dog. I wasn't waiting for the vet, the technicians took care of the blood work, and then I waited for the paperwork to print so that I could pay. I was in the Brewer Vet Clinic for 2 hours for an 8 minute test.
