Became clients in July and they were fabulous over the phone. The service was mediocre for the actual appointment. I just tried to make an appt. for my cat who is suddenly ill, and they said they couldn't see him for almost 3 weeks. I told them he needs blood work as he is losing weight quickly. Compassion? None. They suggested I go to another vet. I have several pets and I will happily go elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of interest and caring. Their website lists emergency hours but they did not offer that service to me.

All of the vets and staff are wonderful and caring. They are very knowledgeable and they do not suggest procedures unless they are absolutely necessary. I would recommend North Country Animal Hospital to anyone.
