Loved this hospital when I first started bringing my cats there 6 years ago. Recently have brought my dog there with "issues" downhill from there.... 1. Dog was sent home with no after surgery instructions. We had no idea what to expect or what to look out for. Also come to find out Dr. was surprised that they sent her home. 2. Bill came in at $90 more than quoted. Paid it, then found out 2 says later we still owed $65.00. 3. Needed refills on pills, again quoted one price, then they tried to charge me $24.00 more. Dr. was great...office staff not so much.
WAS in the Naples Office on 1/26/12 with my mother, office staff was unfriendly and rude. SMALL office many better VET Offices to go to.. DO NOT WAST your time
