I have had these folks care for our dogs and cats for many years, they always go the extra mile. This year we've had both our cats 'fixed' with excellent results. We had our older cat done in the spring and her kitten just this week and all their shots. You can tell by the way the surgery was done and how well it's been healing that they take extra care to avoid infection.

Dr. Elms was very thorough in explaining options & their associated costs in the care for our dog with great clarity and compassion. Their service is located in a home basement setting which, to some, might seem "less hospital like" (I didn't think so) but I would take this any day over a "more hospital like" environment since Dr. Elms clearly knows her veterinary science AND can relate to the people as well as the animals in a wonderfully compassionate manner. I would've easily given more stars if possible!
