I asked if I could bring my dog in for a Lyme booster shot and was told yes, so long as I had my dog's records faxed over from my primary vet. I had the records sent, called up to double-check that they'd arrived and that everything was in order for my dog to have the shot, and came in for an appointment a few days later. When I arrived, however, the vet tech tried to sell me on several hundred dollars' worth of other tests and shots - most of which my dog had already had recently at her primary vet. When I explained this and demurred, the tech refused to give my dog the Lyme booster. Her stated grounds were that they couldn't treat dogs who hadn't had a physical (at any vet, not necessarily this clinic) in the last twelve months; when I pointed out that my dog's faxed records showed she'd had a physical three months ago, the tech made a show of checking the records but pretended not to see the entry, which was right in front of her eyes. Fed up, I left. I mentioned before this that I had verified multiple times over the phone that no additional tests or exams were needed for the shot (and was even told, by this very tech, that the doctor didn't even need to be present, much less give an additional physical) and that it was frustrating to have driven out to the clinic on false information. The tech just tried to talk over me and didn't even try to make excuses for what she'd previously said. Avoid.

Had taken my dog there for problems with his ears on multiple occasions. Apparently they could not figure out that he had ear mites...So after having him see a few times and nothing being done I went and bought ear mite drops at the store and then his ears started to get better. I can't believe he saw a few different doctors there and no one could figure this out!! We would never take him there again.
