Went in for kennel cough and they gave me the worst medication for it. Made my dog sick and then they gave me the right stuff. Did I have to pay for both? You bet. Later, they gave me a new drug because they didn't have anything else. This new drug has been shown to KILL your pet, not help it. Did they care. Absolutely not. They treated me like I was an uneducated idiot. They are more interested in how much they can skim from your wallet.

The worst possible place to take your pet. Charge you for tests you don't need, wait is terribly long, rude staff. Took my dog in for a bad tooth and they ran tests for everything else but the tooth. $500 bucks later and my dog is still sick from an infected tooth. Better business bureau will be hearing about these guys.

This place is the absolute best. They have a great and friendly staff. I had a Winter White Dwarf Hamster that needed a nail clipping. They did a great job. The secretary was very friendly and kind and the vet was great. They were all truly amazing and I would recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone. Go there! It's a smart move!!!!!!

I had receieved a voucher from the humane society to get my cat neutered. I chose VCA. They seemed to do a good job, however my cat absolutely reeked like urine when he left, like he had been laying in it all night and not changed or cleaned.
