It makes me sad to see there are negative reviews for this place! We had to take my lab here to be seen after he decided to make a midnight snack out of a pair of boots. Long story short I was so worried and nervous for my dog. The staff at BluePearl was so nice and caring. They were so sweet to my dog and they made me feel really comfortable and at ease. To the person that complained it is expensive...yes it is. But I really love that they go over the cost of everything with you before hand so you aren't shocked at the end. Plus its an emergency vet it's GOING to be expensive you should know that going in!! Dr. Heather was who we saw and I really really liked her, she was so sweet and kind to our dog and treated him like her own. I hope no one ever has to take their pet here but if you do know they are in great hands!

This place is a JOKE! Brought my dog here for a simple consultation and they treated her with disrespect. They did not handle her with any care whatsoever. I should have listened to the previous Google review about this place...! Huge mistake on my part! Dr. Bulakowski was uninformative and extremely unhelpful. He gave generic responses that could be found on Google by anyone. Except they charged us $150 for absolutely no help at all. Receptionist Brittany was inattentive and had no clue what she was doing. She was disrespectful and uncaring as she charged us on the way out. Please DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your pets. They will not help you. Just look at their building, all your money goes to their lavish surroundings where they can spend 24/7 doing nothing but robbing you blind.

This place is overpriced, and didn't even find the infection my dog had. I had to get a second opinion, costing me more money, to find the issue. Don't go here. they don't treat people well.
