Amazing caring vet! I took my boyfriend's cat there b/c he had a urinary obstruction. The vet talked me through everything, worked out a plan that I could afford and even gave me a hug when I was crying. I have never experienced such genuine care from any vet that I have gone to before.

My dog had to have surgery, which was done, successfully at the Canton Animal Hospital on Michigan Ave. The Doctors, and staff members were great, and the price was reasonable. I took my dog in at 9am and he was ready to be picked up at 4:30pm. I did ask could they keep him for one day and they did not charge me . My husband and I decided to let him stay 2 more days because he is a big puppy approx. 90lbs and very active. Our puppy is doing great, he is running, jumping and barking at everyone. Yes, they do offer you other things to buy but if you say no or say not now, they will leave you alone. Thanks to Dr. Lubana and the staff members for taking care of my German Shepherd.

I got two very tiny teacup-sized Pomeranians (Kodiak and Cheddar) a month ago. I wanted to take them to a place nearby when one of my puppies started behaving strangely and vomiting. Canton Animal Hospital was only a few steps away from my apartment and open late, I called immediately telling them the situation, and they got me in quickly, they were open until 9:00PM. The moment I walked in, the vet techs and front desk staff were amazing...they loved on my puppies and I felt like we had all been old friends! They're extremely friendly, conscientious, professional, and upbeat. They all clearly care about animals and their jobs. ;) Dr. Lubana as a person -- unbelievably nice and welcoming. As a vet, very sweet with my scared pups and very professional. Seeing as my puppies were only 1 and 2 pounds, he didn't take any chances because he knew how quickly they could go down hill, and put him on some antibiotics on a hunch. His hunch turned out to be right, and my puppy was fine and bouncing around the next day! The next time I went in for there shots I got my appt with Dr. Grewal. Like Dr. Lubana, she took the time to explain everything to me slowly and clearly...both vets were very through. They are gentle with the dogs, loving, and never strictly clinical. They treated my dogs like their own. The place is definitely worth going some other reviews have said they try to sell, no they tell you what your pet needs, it is your decsion. I've definitely received high-quality care. Thanks, Canton Animal Hospital...;) I'll see you in 3 weeks for their next round of puppy shots!

I just want to caution people that this facility is no longer open extended hours. I had a an emergency with my dog last night and this place was 5 minutes away from my home, and I havent lived in area that long and this was the closest I found to me, only to get my dog in the car while she was having issues and drive there only to find the doors locked and no one there. I had to turn around and drive in the opposite direction over 15 miles to find a place, which I know isn't a terrible amount but had this been life threatning that time would of been the difference between my beloved dog being here and not being here. I called and asked them to update their website and was told that this was a recent change and something that hadn't been addressed but I am sorry in today age people get a lot of information from online and their website should of been one of the first things changed. I hope someone hasn't lost a pet over their negligence.

every time I have gone there, they always try to sell me on something else, raising the bill!! services are great, but they say one thing on the phone when making the appointment and try to charge you for all the bells and whistles when you get there....very frustrating...taking my business elsewhere, hate the hard sell tactics and miscommunication between the receptionist taking the calls for the appointment and the vets
