Please please please..do not take your loving fur ball here if you care about them at all. Our sweet kitty was all bloated and didn't potty for a full day! We were upset and scared and took him to Dr. Snyder. After an aggressive, and short, examination, Dr. Snyder diagnosed UTI. Our baby had to spend the night. The "tests" and lodging cost $230,00. Our cat endured who knows what during his stay. When I called the next morning to get a status on our baby I was told he could come home if he pottied on his own. 1.5 hours later my husband was called and was told that our cat was agitated and we could come get him. When we got there, I asked THREE times if he had pottied on his own...I never saw a better "dance around the question" and it was never answered..they gave me some hokey directions on how to adminster meds (which cost us more no advance notice money) and were sent on our way...while waiting for our cat...I heard him SCREAMING in some back room dungoen. He, of course, was sooo happy to have our safety again...BUT within an hour of being home...COULDN'T PEE!! he tried and tried. When I called the vet to state this, I was told to bring him back....to the DUNGEON!! HECK NO! The place is filthy...the Dr. is RUDE and the "vet tech" is ridiculously uncaring. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

Dr. Snyder has saved the lives of 2 of my pets. One, over memorial day weekend. He came in on a Sunday to help us. He is always available in an emergency and never charges an outrageous emergency fee. We were just there with yet another emergency, not only did they squeeze us in first thing in the morning, we waited about 5 min before being seen. He had to keep my cat all day to help him and my bill was less than $200. We were at an all night emergency for almost the same problem the weekend before and it was 5 times that amount. Dr. Snyder also has personal pets he brings to work with him and was perhaps was scolding one of them google user review number 2. I know I yell at my pets occasionally anf if you say you don't, you're a liar. I can't thank Dr. Snyder enough for his care of my babies. We have been going to him for years and will continue to do so. Between my sister and myself we have 10 dogs and cats and we have never been turned away, told no, mistreated or over charged by this clinic. Good luck finding that anywhere else.

Years ago, our Sheltie pup was handled so roughly, he was crying and urinating on himself. Never again!

I have had animals my entire life and can honestly say that I have never had such an amazing experience at a vet. When my children and I came home from school our little dog, was crying with every step. I called Dr. Snyder (I have never been there before) and they told me to bring him in. Almost as soon as we walked in the door they had us in an examination room. When Dr. Snyder came in he instantly put our dog and our family at ease. I am extremely pleased with the competency and professionalism of the entire office. I am also shocked that after 3 prescriptions and an examination, the entire cost was only 40 dollars! He was amazing and I would refer him to absolutely any one!

I went to Snyder Vet Clinic for the first time with my dog to get her teeth cleaned, 3 year rabies and her anal glands done and I am not happy. First of all, I was quoted much less when I made the appointment, 2nd they sent me home without cleaning up her bottom and she smelled from the anal gland expression, and 3rd I was uneasy when I dropped her off to hear the Dr. yelling at the dog in the room next to us. I should have just taken her and left. When I picked her up, once again he was yelling at a dog in the back and complaining it had no manners. Then he shouldn't be a vet! It comes with the job. Not everyone is going to train their dogs and his yelling at them is not going to train them either. Animals are always at their worst at the vets office and how dare he scream at them. I apologized to my dog, we won't be going back!
