Overall, a good first vet experience. This is a local animal care hospital and facility. The veterinarian (Dr. Kathleen) who took care of my dog has the trademark "be educated and educate others" mentality that makes for better pet owners. She was pleasant to talk with, took her time with my dog, and was personal and patient. The total price for my 60 lb lab mix - full boosters, heartworm test, and 1 month (one pill) of HeartGuard - was $113, and the visit took about 45 minutes. Dr. Kathleen's tips also confirmed what I was doing right and wrong as a dog owner, which is invaluable. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because their facilities need to be upgraded.

I took my dog there because they were cheap. She wasnt thorough, but the place worked for what i needed. I heard the vet died and they dont take big dogs anymore. Im sure the services have improved since the original vet died.

I dont thinlk they even deserve one star. The ladies are rude as hell with us customers and rough with the animals. Heartless! If people are inconviencing you, then dont own a hospital! Overtime is expected. Every job Ive had in ten yrs required overtime and I still treat my customers as if they are my best friends. I do NOT RECCOMEND!

Very unprofessional! The vet needed help examining my cats ears because she said she had bad eyesight. She needs to retire.
