I have worked with Tim and Alice since the clinic first opened. Through four dogs and numerous rescued feral cats and kittens. You won't find a more knowledgable or more compassionate form of veterinary care anywhere. These guys are great.

We took our 2 year old Black Lab to Belle Isle for our regular Sunday swim and play day. During a game of fetch, he sliced his paw pad wide open on what I assume was a large piece of glass. My boyfriend remembered passing this clinic a number of times, and as our vet was closed, we decided to give this a try. To our surprise there were a couple of cars in the parking lot (though they were closed). When I jumped out, a woman working in the garden (who turned out to be Dr. Marczewski) directed me to an open door. Inside, I found Dr. Schacht and told him what happened. Without hesitating, he ran out to the truck and carried our dog into the clinic. After a quick exam, he informed us that our dog needed stitches, and he would be happy to either bandage him up for our vet to stitch on Mon, or he would do the stitches right then (which we had him do). Dr. Schacht was excellent (we are making this our primary vet). We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jefferson Vet clinic to anyone (and we are extremely particular about who cares for our "son").

Jeff center is so good. We've rescued multiple dogs (3 have become part of are family). All the dogs have been given sympathetic care (as if they were our babies). We love jvc for they're simple love and care of breeds we find so special.
