I had been looking for a new vet to take our 2 Shiba Inu's, one of them being a new addition to our family. When I called Advanced Veterinary to ask a few questions and set an appointment, I was very pleased. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley. She had made us an appointment on very short notice, and knew all the answers to all of my questions. When we arrived at the vet, we were greeted in a very professional manner. When we were taken in to the room by Kristin, one of the vet techs, she was 100% focused on Kuma (our shiba puppy). When Dr. Rozenbaum came in to the room, which was extremely quick, he was very informative and tentative with me, my wife, and Kuma. The main reason we wanted to switch vets was, the one we were going to seemed to care more about making money then caring about our pets. That is definitely not the case here at Advanced Veterinary Medical. My wife and I were extremely pleased with how things went, and are looking forward to building a relationship with the Advanced Veterinary family.

The kindest and most compassionate staff you will ever find. We have been taking our animals to Dr. Rosenbaum for years. He is very thorough. I trust him, and that is essential.

Dr. Rozenbaum and his staff are true professionals. The create a genuine family friendly experience - we know our dog, Wayne, is receiving the best care possible. He is in good hands. In the short time we've been coming to Advanced Vet we've already had a family emergency - we got in immediately and Dr. Rozenbaum saw to it that Wayne was on the road to recovery in no time. What is most important to the staff at Advanced Vet is that families feel comfortable about the care and attention their pets receive. This is obvious from the minute you set foot in the front office.

Can't say enough about this vet! I switched from another local vet due to poor service and Dr. R and everyone at Advanced has never let me down. I am that over-the-top pooch owner so when I get exceptional service, I am elated! Sure, it cost money, doesn't everything ... I'll take the awesome service and care for my girl over low-cost, poor service anyday.

Dr Rosenbaum is great. He truly cares for animals and does a thorough job of caring for them.The staff is always friendly and helpful also. Great place to take your animals. I wouldn't trust my dog with any place else.
