my dog is a rescue and can be uncomfortable around new people, they went out of their way to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. he came in for a nail trim and has to be sedated due to his anxiety with people touching his paws. not only were his nails trimmed perfectly, as short as could be without hitting a single quick, they also recommended help getting him used to people touching his paws. we have already tried most of it, but the effort showed that they cared about more than taking our money. they are a business and did offer extra things we could use, but there was never any pressure or hard selling. great place and a very knowledgeable vet.

My little dog has been a patient at Eastown Vet for the past 3 years and it has been by far the best clinic we have been to in 14 years! All clinicians are thoughtful, considerate and helpful. Both Dr. Happel and Dr. Tittle are thorough in their work and are happy to address any concerns I have when needed. The clinic itself is updated and provides a clean, comfortable atmosphere. We love Eastown Vet!!

EVC was a wonderful experience for both myself and my cat, Noodle. Dr. Tittle was great with her and the staff was very helpful and kind. I am happy to bring Noodle there for many years to come. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and appeal that hits you right when you walk in and the staff exceeded my expectations the entire visit :). I would only recommend EVC to my family and friends.

I would not recommend EVC. We had a horrible experience with our dog. She was initially misdiagnosed for several weeks, & we were told she was probably dying of cancer. She received several unnecessary medications, & also had an invasive biopsy, all to diagnose a very common skin infection. I feel my concerns were blown off, & I really feel as though all they wanted was to have me spend as much money as possible. I feel the quality of the medical care was very poor, & the failure to adequately address my concerns was incredibly arrogant.

Great place, took my dog in as a new patient on a last minute call for rabbies vaccine. Staff are very friendly and everything was explained nice and slowly.
