This is a really cute and clean office. The employees are friendly and put you at ease when leaving your pet in their care. My first visit was a routine checkup for my chubby kitty, I saw that they had a big chalkboard welcome sign with pets' names written on them. It definitely put a smile on my face. Dr. Haskins and her coworkers treated my kitty very kindly, the entire process went by smoothly even though my cat was anxious to jump out of the carrier. They took the time to play with her, answer all my questions, and show her around before the examination/shots. I'd say it was fairly priced too. I also had to board my cat with them for a week, and I felt at ease by how well they took care of her. They offer extra playtimes and nail trimmings (which I signed up for) and followed her feeding schedule. I must also add that whenever I call, they answer quickly within a few rings. I've never really had to wait, so I think that is a major plus compared to larger officers. I would recommend this office to anyone in the neighbourhood for friendly and fairly priced service.
