Very expensive and staff extremely rude when asked about billing. No options given for treatment.

Very helpful and extremely professional. I found my self needing to bring my dog in after hours on two separate occasions in the last few months, and each time I had to visit this office their staff members were on point and vary helpful. I dealt with two different doctors and each of them were very professional and helpful. I was worried that taking my dog in to an emergency vet after hours would be extremely costly and that I would have to deal with it because I had no other choice in the matter. This was never the case, they took excellent care of my dog and they did not gouge me on the bill.  They proved to be an excellent Animal hospital to have in my neighborhood, and I would recommend their services to anyone in need.  

My 4 year old great dane had an ear infection. I came in and they were able to help him promptly!

My male Akita wouldn't allow us to touch him and he started vomiting bile. We contacted the Emergency vet office and received an immediate appointment. Dr. Clark examined him and recommended Xrays. At the last moment, she had an inkling that the diagnosis might be revealed if she randomly shaved small areas all over the dog. She discovered the reason the dog was in extreme pain was due to a horrible acne like sore covering the dog's whole body! The Dr. and her staff were able to subdue the pain and his condition. The staff is awesome, the facility very clean and the prices quite reasonable for an emergency facility. Dr. Clark went above and beyond to help my dog. I would definitely recommend her!
