We just had such a horrible experience at Animal Care Hospital. I usually only take the time to write good reviews for places but after the "care" we received I feel I need to inform people of this facility. First off we waited in the exam for over 40 minutes to seen. When the doctor did come in he did not introduce himself, was not friendly, or professional at all. We were there to have my dogs anal glands looked at and I had some questions and concerns that I wanted to discuss but all the doctor kept saying was bring him in every 6 months for expression and watch if he scoots on the floor, those were the only things he would tell me. He then proceeded to take my dog to the back to draw blood for a routine heart worm test. I informed them that my pug does has a hard time being poked and I know that it can be difficult, so when they asked me back to help, I did. They asked me to hold him while they tried to poke him and then they put the muzzle on him, which is fine I understand why they had to, but after the vet. tech. tightens the muzzle the phone rings and she leaves to answer and have a conversation while I am sitting holding my muzzled dog. At this point I tell the doctor that I am uncomfortable with this whole situation and that I will pay for the anal expression but would like to leave. They tell me he will have to be sedated when he has blood drawn, which would have been fine if they could have done that in the first place after I explained to them that he has a hard time having blood drawn, but after being there an hour at this point we were both just done. Then while I was checking out the vet. tech asks me if he is my only dog and if we spoil him, as if that is the reason we were leaving. We left and will never go back because there was no professionalism displayed at this animal hospital. As a registered nurse I know how hectic the medical field can be and how things sometimes don't go as you plan, but I always make sure that my patients know that I care about them and that their needs matter. Not once did they apologize for the wait or show my dog any type of compassion, the doctor didn't even know his name. This review would be completely different had they just said "We apologize for the delay but we have an emergency going on or a difficult animal" Or would have just plain said we are sorry you have had to wait so long. Or if they would have showed my dog any compassion, just pet him on the head or even just talk to him. I don't understand why you would be in the animal care profession if you don't care about the animals you are treating. Also before I left I had to take a glove and some wipes to clean my dogs bottom because they were just going to leave all the extra anal expression on his bottom. I walked out of there with tears in my eyes. There is just no excuse for their lack of care, professionalism, and compassion. I just hope by writing this review I can prevent someone from going through the horrible experience we did. I would rather pay triple the amount to have my dog and I treated with respect, dignity, and kindness.

Dr. Mo is wonderful at his job and he treats the girls great just like family! They are a joy to be around! My dogs love it here and they get treated just like the staffs own. Dr Mo has been around for some time and he knows how to treat any medical condition with the best way. His prices are amazing, my previous vet charged me a whole pocket full for their office but not here its half as expensive. I will recommend this clinic to everyone.

I absolutely love my veterinarian, Dr. Mo. I bring my dog and two cats here for routine vaccinations, exams and surgeries. All my animals were fixed here. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they have amazing deals you just can't beat located on their website. The girls are wonderful, they answer all my questions and they love animals. My cats, Zephyr, Sora and my dog Aphia will be patients for life. Thank you Animal Care Hospital for your kindness, your great deals and taking such good care of my animals!

Great clinic! Wonderful staff very caring, I knew my cat was in good hands! Very clean organized clinic with the best prices in the area!

the dr there who is also the owner named dr mohammad is a disgusting man he needs to just shut down all his clinics he fires girls for no reason i talked to a few girls about it when i took my cat there and the girls were so sweet they deserve a better boss!! they sell things that they arnt suppost to and there medications and things are always expired! horrible place not worth the money at all!!!! if you go there make sure you check the expiration dates on everything including the vaccinations!!!!!!! f you dr mo
