I would never go to this place again! They are so disrespectful, ignorant, and they discriminate against certain breeds of dogs. All they care about is getting your money. Sure they put on their nice tone for a little while when I was a new customer to try and keep me coming back but when one of my dogs had a bit of a costly procedure done I ended up having to make monthly payments and my second dog ended up getting something lodged in his toe and he was only supposed to be there for an afternoon getting it removed, but I got a phone call indicating that Dr. Cresswell had been abusive to my dog and told me the only way they would continue it is if they sedated him. When I went to pick my dog up in the days following I noticed a change in him, he was not like his happy self that would love to meet new people, instead he was petrified of any new people and terrified of the steel type of cages like at a vets office. After that is when I noticed that they didn't care for my pets anymore and every time I walked through that door at least one nurse or more was demanding more money out of me (even with me making reasonable monthly payments on time). Finally I was sick of the way they had been treating me and my dogs and I informed them that I would be going elsewhere. So they decided to make things as difficult as possible for me by refusing me any kind of service to my dogs, going out and talking slander about my dogs to other people, refusing to print me or any other vet my dogs treatment history (hence they didn't want me going anywhere else) and refusing to allow me to get preventative through them or anybody online. I also informed them that yes I know it is ILLEGAL for them to deny me preventatives for my dogs when they have the proper paperwork showing my dogs have been tested. I got the reply that Dr. Cresswell said he didn't care and he would still refuse it to me. When I tried to speak with the nurses it got absolutely nowhere, they would just tell me that their doing this to me because Dr. Cresswell told them to do so. For months I tried to get past the nurses and try to speak to the Dr. but it conveniently ended that he was either not there or with a patient. So when I finally did get to speak face to face with Dr. Cresswell he blunt out told me the reason that I have been treated this way is because there is still a balance due and yes even though I made payment on time every month that didn't matter and that I would continue to get treated this way until all the balance was paid off completely. I explained that is still no way to treat a customer you want to come back to you and I have been trying my best obviously making payments on time as much 100 dollars a month at times to get this paid off as quick as possible but do I look like I'm rich? The economy isn't getting any easier, are you going to continue this or start treating me and my dogs right? All Dr. Cresswell did was continue to try and blame me and my dogs he refused to admit anything he did wrong.

Have been taking my dogs here for years, not only has he had great service and care for my animals, but when my dogs stitches ripped out after she was fixed. He replaced them and preformed life-saving surgery on her to repair damage to her intestines he didn't charge a dime for any of the care, surgery, or week she spent in his care. A great vet and good person.

How great to have a local vet that understands the needs of their patients, customers and community. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

This office is the best animal clinic I have ever taken my pets to visit. Dr. Creswell is the best. His services are not only top notch but so are his costs. Compaired to a less than considerate doctor who charges an arm and a leg.....located on state road. Creswell's employees are awesome. Creswell even lets you make payments if necessary.
