I've been taking my pets to Lincoln Park Vet for 6 years now. Overall, they are a good veterinary clinic. I've never had a horrible experience with them, and they always seem fair with their charges. I've always been given options when it has come to my pets' care. They are an extremely busy office, so we always spend a little more time in there than I would like. If I'm coming in for vaccinations, I really don't think I should spend more than 30 minutes there. We're usually there for an hour. Not horrible, but not great. I'm always able to get the appointment times I need, so that's a great plus, especially since they are open on Saturdays as well. They seem to always have a full crew working, so I just really don't understand what all the waiting is about. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The vets themselves tend to come off as a little aloof, but whatever. Is this the best veterinary clinic in the world? Perhaps not, but I've definitely been to worse. I'll continue to take my pets there since they are conveniently located, have great hours, and are fairly priced.

We have taken our various pets here throughout the years. We absolutely love all the staff here, from reception through checkout!! Our pets have received nothing but the BEST and LOVING care. While all the vets are good, Dr. Juergens happens to be our favorite. Our pets have always been treated as if they belonged to the entire hospital. Recently, we had a serious problem with one of our kitties, and when Dr. Juergens was not able to do anything further for her, she referred us to Michigan State University Veterinary Clinic. So not only do they care for your pets best interests, they are cognizant of your financial capabilities. They do not treat your pet just to get money! Of all the veterinary places we have taken our pets to, we like and appreciate Lincoln Park Veterinary Hospital the best. We would never hesitate to recommend them!!!

We rescued a Shi Tzu (actually SHE rescued US) and we brought her to L.P. Veterinary Hospital right from the start. We couldn't ask for any better care for our dog. The professional and personal care that we get is more than we expected. They answer all of my (many) questions and offer the best advice and veterinary care at all times. EVERYONE makes us feel comfortable and welcome even if we just stop in to pick something up. And our Kara Mia loves them all which is why we highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best care around.

I love all the doctors and staff at Lincoln park vet. I have always taken all of my fur babies here and they have done nothing but went out of their way to treat my dogs and cats with nothing but the most love and care. Not only that they have made me feel like family knowing me by name when I walk in always greet me and my animals by first name. Anytime I have had to have one of them in there for extended care they have kept me posted with how they are doing and always notify me of any changes or any treatment that needs to be done. I am grateful for them and appreciate all they have done for my animals.

They handle my cat very professionally, even though he hates going there and gets very angry. I am so happy that they accept him as a patient, he really is nice and loving, except at the vet's. Dr. Kelly is very informative, she explains things very well, and you can tell she genuinely cares about your pet!
