I took my cat to this vet today for the first time. They were ready to see me right at my appointment time and they were great with my cat. It was a quick appointment, they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff, and they were clear with the instructions for my cat's medicine and follow-up care. Thanks Hidden Spring!

Very good service. They don't try to sell you on trying the most expensive route first. Very friendly and don't try to rush you out the door. I do wish for things like just needing bordetella or a heartworm test that you can do a walk-in instead of making an appointment as long as you have seen the vet for you pet's yearly. They are great about faxing your records over to boarding facilities. I've been to various vets in various states and they are one of the good ones I've seen.

I waited an extraordinary amount of time for the vet in that tiny room. When she finally arrived (1/2 hour later) in the room, she brought two of her staff with her.There were five of us including a scared, big dog. My dog was beyond stressed and the vet was pretty rough with her, too. She's 13 yrs old! My old girl couldn't walk right for three days beyond that visit. They're rude, inconsiderate, unnecessarily rough, and more interested in pushing pharmaceuticals than actually helping your pet. Don't go there - find an alternate vet.
