Both Dr. DeSana and Dr. Brown, and techs are excellent. Perfect, kind, caring, help owners understand diseases of the heart and what is wrong and the meds and necessity of meds. Answers all questions. You are given an hour or longer, never rushed. You have time for discussions. We've been seeing them since 2009. The ER in the same building takes great care of the cardio patients of the Vet Cardio Consultants as well. So that you know this is a review by an actual client, I write a Facebook page and blog about my cat's HCM-hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

I am so very grateful to have met Dr. Brown, Julie Azzopardi and the staff at Veterinary Cardiologist Consultants. At 9 months old my Luca Bella was diagnosed with Ventricular Arrhythmia which can be fatal. At our first visit Dr. Brown took a significant amount of time to explain this genetic disease to me and although there was significant concern regarding if Luca would be ok, both Dr. Brown and Julie gave me the confidence that with medication that Luca could outgrow this. I felt like the staff was taking care of and concern for my Luca as if she was their own. Oct. 20th 2012, Luca celebrated her 2nd Birthday – she is now full grown 94 lbs. of German Shepherd. We just had our 2 year check-up with Dr. Brown and the good news is her latest EKG shows no sign of the Arrhythmia. I just know in my heart that if we had not gone to see Dr. Brown and his staff, I know this story would not have had a happy ending. They saved my Luca’s life and I am so very grateful. Please note that my Luca is not friendly with strangers and yet they managed/took care of her etc. without any hesitation on their part or issues. In fact, I still do not know how he did, but Dr. Brown personally lifted my 94 pounder right up on the table for her EKG. If that is not dedication, I don’t know what is. If your fuzzy family member is in need of a Cardiologist team, then go and see Dr. Brown and Julie.

Dr. Brown and his staff came highly recommended and they more than lived up to what I'd heard about them. My skittish cat was there for an echo cardiogram. They were wonderful with my cat and very kind to me.
