I came home from work on Sunday night and found that my dog had gotten tangled in barbed wire. He was badly wounded and needed emergency medical treatment. I'm from the Gaylord area (about 45 min. away) and after calling 4 other veterinary clinics, Jensen's was the only one that responded. They actually have a dispatcher on call to assist in emergencies. Dr.Michelin met us at the hospital promptly and calmly filled us in on what needed to be done. She did the surgery, kept him overnight and took great care of him. They are EXTREMELY nice and professional! Jensen's didn't charge me an arm and a leg in an emergency situation. I would recommend them to anyone, in an emergency or not! If you love your pet and they deserve the best, take them to to Jensen's.
