Dr. Crisp is a great vet. She's knowledgeable, she listens, and she really seems to care. My dachshund has had back problems, and I ended up with a sick 6-week-old kitten at one point, and she personally called me several times to check in on the two of them. I like the office staff, too. Good people. Good care.

I recently moved to the area and have been taking my dog to see Dr. Pratt at the VCA Beech Road. She is great with my dog and gets right down on the floor with him (no placing him on the slippery metal exam table) to make him feel more comfortable, and he absolutely loves her. She explains everything very well and gives clear directions on anything that I need to do after the visit. She called the night after my dog had surgery to check up on him, and is always able to fit us in for an appointment. The staff is also great and very thorough. Take your pet to Dr. Pratt and you won't be disappointed.
