My boyfriend and I had taken our new puppy to this hospital because we had purchased the Puppy Pack from Petsmart and it came with a free vet visit. Well the vet visit ended up not being free, but we scheduled an appointment for him to get his second round of shots. We showed up to the appointment and we waited a litle over 45 minutes to even be put in a room and then they said the shots would be $200!!!! That is outrageous!!! I have NEVER and will never pay that much for puppy shots.

After years of trying to get them to help my dog lose weight and feel healthy, nothing. Spent unnecessary amounts of money and the female vet there is rude, impersonal, and it is pretty obvious she doesn't care about your pet. They claim to do full examinations on their insurance print out after your visit, but they don't. Also, with further research on others' dissatisfaction with banfield as a company, many pets have died as a result of poor care. The wellness plan seems good at first, but it is not worth it. Go to a vet that actually cares about you and your pet. I can't tell you how many times I've left there crying from frustration and worry for my dog and her health.
