We brought our kitty there a few months back because our regular vet was closed. We had an emergency and he needed to be seen soon. The doctor stitched him up and gave him pain meds and he did okay until the wound got infected and was abscessed. We took him to our regular vet, along with the paperwork and my vet told me that my poor kitty didn't get any antibiotics. Thank god we caught it in time and he is on his way to recovery. I also have to mention that I feel like the prices were very high compared to what we pay at our regular vet. (So much that my vet just shook his head when he saw the bill and said "page me next time, okay".)

The doctors are excellent, thorough, knowledgable, and my dog loves them. My only complaint, and the only reason giving it 4/5 stars... About a month ago, we found Daisy eating grapes in our backyard, which are poisonous to dogs. I called here and asked if I need to bring her in. The receptionist didn't ask a doctor or tech, but simply told me to wait and see if she starts showing symptoms of being sick, then bring her in. Naturally, I made a post on Facebook telling my friends what was going on. One of my friends, who works as a tech at an emergency vet, immediately commented that we need to bring Daisy in right away, because by the time she showed symptoms of being sick it might be too late. So, we took her to an emergency vet in Madison Heights, where they kept her overnight for tests and fluids, resulting in a charge of $1100 (way too high...). But, I'd rather pay that much to make sure my dog is fine than wait until she's acting sick and have it be too late. Moral of the story, I love the doctors here, but make sure if you have a medical question that the receptionist asks a doctor or tech.

My regular vet was unavailable and I needed to get my dog in fast. We saw a great vet and everyone was very helpful. I can't say enough good things. They didn't gouge or over medicate and staff was efficient. Thank you.
