PLEASE, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY KILLED MY DOG. READ ALL REVIEWS. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE OLDER REVIEWS. THE PLACE IS THE SAME OR WORSE. I TRUSTED THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THINGS I DIDN'T KNOWINGLY APPROVE OF. BUT WORSE, MY DOG DIED A HORRIBLE DEATH. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, TAKE YOUR CHANCES BUT YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR ANIMAL AT RISK. I FEEL I MUST WRITE THIS FOR THE SAKE OF THE POOR ANIMALS THAT CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. READ THE FORMER REVIEWS. THERE IS A CULTURE OF CORRUPTION HERE. THINK OF ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES HERE THAT DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO OPEN A GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO WRITE A REVIEW. AS ONE REVIEW STATES "THEY ARE WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING." THERE IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG AT THIS PLACE. THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE, BUT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE AND WORSE. YOUR BELOVED PET CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES SO IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET STAY AWAY.

I recently switched to this VCA, following Dr. Banaszak from another Veterinary Hospital. I've found the VCA office staff to be friendly and helpful and appreciate the same high level of care Dr. Banaszak has always provided me and my dog. He's been there twice now, once for a puncture injury from a branch and once when one of his claws was ripped off. Both times I got an appointment quickly, the staff was sympathetic and my dog was treated very well. I would definitely recommend this VCA location and Dr. B in particular.

I was a 20+ year client at Parkview and recently followed Dr. Banaszak to VCA. I am very pleased with VCA. I dont have to wait forever for my appointment and the staff have all been pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the intimacy of a smaller office and am happy I made the switch.

When my 14 year old dog suddenly couldn't walk I rushed him to VCA. The staff there were very nice. Dr. B was very kind and gentle with my pet. He also explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood what was going on. This was my first time at this VCA and I will be returning in the future.

I too felt that this vet was all about the money and not about the animals. I was charged for a full exam and the vet never even looked at my dogs ears. I was charged for a nail clip and that never got done either. They held my dog in a cage for 4 hours before doing a tooth removal but I had to have her there by 8 am???? She was so stressed she chewed her leash and they did not replace, they gave me a $5 credit, try to find a leash for $5. I am new to the city and would appreciate any referrals if someone would not mind.
