Horrible, and it was just a phone call! I'm calling around to find out how to go about having my senior, crippled dog put to sleep and they want to do an exam and blood work first, talk about money hungry and making me feel like I'm not doing everything in my power as it is. Very disappointed, will never have anything to do with these people again.
Definitely my best experience with a vet in the Ann Arbor area. They helped my pup get better. Thanks.
