Front office would set up an appointment for my pets only to let me know later that they did not have the appointment on their schedule. This happened to me twice even after having the appointments confirmed by two separate schedulers, (one named Jackie?). No calls or reminders either. Customer service reminds me of bureaucratic government hospitals and not of for-profit institutions, If you are going to spend $100 on your pets, you ought to receive better service.
