I have had nothing but superior experiences at Oakwood. The vets have always been very engaged, informative and patient with all my questions. And special props to the front desk staff. There is one woman in particular who always makes me feel that my dog is her FAVORITE dog in the whole world, hands down. (I know that she probably likes other dogs--- even her own--- just as much, but her sincerity and warmth is a high point of every visit.)

I just moved to TC in January and I didn't have a local vet. I seen this one online and decided to call and find out if they could help me. They were wonderful. The receptionist talked to me for about 10 minutes on the phone just answering questions :) We decided I needed to have my cat seen and they gave me a reasonable estimate to see her and do an analysis on her... They got me in 8am the next morning and I was finished before 9:00. The doctor was GREAT!!! He talked to my husband & I about the situation and what options we had. He was great :) :) :) I recommend anyone goes here, the vet was wonderful with my kitty and the desk staff was polite :)

Dr. Henshaw and staff are caring and skilled. They were able to find a problem that another vet missed. They will find time if an animal is really sick, even when they're booked. Don't waste your money somewhere else.

The office staff is so warm and they are really good about remembering my dogs. Doctor Henshaw spends just the right amount of time cooing over the 'babies' during wellness checks. Vet Tech's are REALLY good with the manicures! Prices are very reasonable

I have ferrets and this office has been excellent with them over the years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in an emergency. Highly recommended.
