Holy moly they need new people at the front desk! Talk about rude and condescending. They were acting like everyone that walked up to the counter just ruined their day by being there. With me being a first time customer, you would think that they would at least create an atmosphere that would make me want to come back. Not only were they being rude to me, they were being rude to each other. Big whoop my puppy wouldn't step on the scale, he's 12 weeks old, the last thing he wants to do is sit still, no need for attitude. At least there was one nice lady who took an interest in my two Saint Bernard puppies. But other than her, the rest of them can get bent. On the flip side, the doctor was really nice. She explained things very clearly, including heart worm preventatives and vaccines AND the price was just right. Way lower than other places I've been to. I was in and out $200 cheaper than I was quoted at another place near my house. I'll give 4 stars for price and nice doctor lady.

I like this place. However, they do lose a star for the wait time. I don't think you can request a particular vet, but there are two here that are outstanding. Also, there is one grumpy front desk worker, but since I come here so often I've gotten so that I kind of look forward to her sour demeanor. Just part of the charm. Overall excellent care.

I absolutely love this place!!! I will never ever ever take my dog or cat to another vetnarian no way. The staff and the doctors are I very kind and courteous and caring. 1 of my kids had to spend the night there due to an that they found thank god and they let us come visit her quite a few times , also said we can come and visit anytime we want and her cage was spotless it was adorable how she looked in there very peaceful . And the doctor always managed to come and talk to us about her when he has a busy schedule I thought that was very nice. I trust all the doctorss because I think I seen just about all of them and they are coming here. I redid them a 5 if there was a 10 200 they would have got all of m the highest score ever nice. And all the vets that I have been to this one is the only one that is right really sore oh and I li they don't do unnecessary tests thing like others do it

Unfortunately, my six year old Beagle mix experienced a cruciate ligament rupture and was only able to use three legs, I was very upset and worried. Dr. Newland discussed all of the available options and was very thorough with her explanations. I felt comfortable in my decision of the surgery after she took her time to make sure I understood and had all of my questions answered. As always, the Doctors and Staff are fabulous, that is what keeps us returning!!

I took my cat for a declaw and ended up in near tears after this experience. I adopted my cat from a local adoption program and had a great experience. However, when I took him to get declawed here, they made me feel like a horrible pet owner. The did not take the time to explain things to me and tried to pressure me into buying treatments that were completely unnecessary to what he came in for. When I opted out of the OPTIONAL treatments, they patronized me and made me feel terrible for not purchasing a preventative treatment for a cat who did not need it. Furthermore, when I opted to give my cat his antibiotics myself, they told me there is no way I would be able to do this and that I would be sorry and be back to see them for the topical treatment. (When I got him home, he took the medication for me, no problem). I got 2 calls from the office stating how he was a terrible cat - he hissed and tried to bite the staff numerous times when they tried to grab him out of his cage and when he was placed next to "a known aggressive cat" as the vet put it. Ironically, she told me as soon as they removed the other cat, he calmed down considerably. This was a terrible first experience and I will certainly never be back and will never refer anyone to this office either.
