Very compassionate and accommodating despite my financial situation.

They almost killed a dog and refuse to take any responsibility. The dog was taken in with all the symptoms of Parvo. Dr. Thomas told the client that it's impossible for her dog to have Parvo because it's been vaccinated. He ran up a $200 bill in checking different things, couldn't find anything. He recommended that she be hospitalized for $1200. The client couldn't afford $1200 so he sent her home with medications. I convinced her that her doctor was wrong, that her dog can get parvo even though it was vaccinated and brought her to my vet. My vet got Ace's records and turns out the dog was missing some vaccinations (even though the client has papers from ACE stating she was vaccinated, they sent my vet papers stating she wasn't). The FIRST thing my vet checked was parvo, and she came up positive. Dr. Thomas is insensitive and incompetent. Ace refuses to give the client her money back from the appointment stating that they followed procedure. Someone should remind ACE clinic that procedure is doing proper vaccinations, keeping proper records of such, and checking the most common probabilities based on the SYMPTOMS, not their obvious lack of knowledge. Go here if you want your dog to die.

This place is very cheap on everything. You can buy monthly heart guard and frontline which really helps. You DO NOT want your dog or cat seen by Dr. Thomas he his very stingy with dogs & has miss diagnosed animals. You want Dr Signh he has much love/care for the animals/gentle. Speaks better English is very straight about your animal's health. He has saved my dog smokie from parvo. And very just recently my oldest dog had surgery and is a brand new dog!! Just love him! =)
