While I'm not crazy about the facility itself (it could use some updating), I absolutely love Dr. Abigail Wuerth. She is wonderful with my dog and offers advice whenever asked, and realistic advice, especially if you are budget conscience. When my dog was having a lot of reverse sneezing she offered an antihistamine, but also told me I could give him Benadryl, and wrote down his dosage of it because I mentioned that I thought it was cheaper. I haven't had any issues in waiting, maybe 10 minutes at most, but I'm given an exam room right when I arrive, which is usually early and I'm seen shortly after that. The only down side is having to order my dogs prescription diet about a week ahead of time because they don't have the room to keep it in stock at the site. Highly recommend the care plans too, I don't ever have to worry about when he is due for shots, or paying for them because they send reminders via mail and the shots are included in the plan.
Always helpful, never judgmental. Exactly what I'd look for in a pediatrician only for my pet!
Don't give these people more money- SERIOUSLY! The wait times are horrible, staff is rude, and just want to make money. It never used to be this way but recently.. just WOW! Take your pets to a place that has heart!!! Update: Do not ever, ever, ever get one of their 'plans'! They have an auto-renewal that they won't remind you is upcoming and more expensive. Also, I had an issue with their 'account statements'. I requested one every few months and they never matched up. Example: Requested one in June and July - two completely different amounts showing for the balance for May onward. Just don't waste your time with those rude people!
Very helpful, friendly and animal loving, front desk staff. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Leeper; hope she is a long-term vet at the office. It has been hard to switch from Dr. Contrearas to Dr. Kall and now another new vet. :)
It's been going downhill since Dr. Contreras left. Wait times are appalling. I think they overbook. It's often a half-hour or more just waiting in the room before anyone even stops in to check on the dog, let alone the vet. If they can't meet the scheduled time, then change the appointment. Don't tell me that 9:30 is okay if you know that you can't even look at the dog until 10:30. A little customer service goes a long way. A simple thing like stopping in to let me know it'll be a awhile is just common courtesy. Need to find a different vet now I guess.
