Had a fantastic experience. My dog had an eye issue. We filled out some paperwork, was shown into a room and had a couple of Vet Assistants come into the room a few minutes after we arrived. They were very courteous and very respectful, answering all of our questions. The vet came in after about 10 minutes, we weren't the only ones being seen, so we knew it would going to be a little bit of a wait. I liked how they took command of the room and care of our dog. Explained what they were doing each step of the way, told us what they thought the problem was, and what could be done to fix him. They explained what each of the fees were. For an emergency clinic, you are going to pay a bit more, which we were fully prepared for. The prices were not outrageous. I will not have a problem going back.

My little Yorkie started coughing like a goose after a dental procedure at our normal vet. I was very hesitant to bring her here as three years ago we had a horrible experience. This visit was completely different. The two front desk staff greeted me and put me right in a room. They were very sympathetic and friendly. The vet came in almost immediately and explained our options. Dr. Lindquist was informative, thorough and very kind to our very scared Yorkie. Care at the Emergency Center was very good, and Dr Lindquist is excellent!

I will start off that the said did know what they were talking about when they were trying to figure out what was wrong with my cat, but the way they treated me and my sister about the situation was completely disrespectful. My sister and I drove up from Mankato at 10:30 pm to get my cat help and find answers what was going on after going to two different vets. We got there and we did x-rays, blood work, and a urinary test. The x-rays showed an obstruction in her intestines but they couldn't tell what it was and if there was any serious damage. With all the tests the price was already up to over $700, they recommended surgery and that was gonna cost me another $1700. The prices were so high for me that I couldn't afford it, we tried to see if there was anyway we can help my cat feel comfortable until the weekday and see if we can bring her to another vet that wouldn't cost so much. They were so rude and would not give me any straight answers on what to do and kept pushing me to do surgery, and they even told me that there was a possibility that surgery could not fix it. I unfortunately had started leaning towards putting her to sleep, there wasn't much I could do for her and I didn't want to see her suffer anymore. They made me feel terrible that I went down that path after saying no to the surgery. This is the first time for me when it came to making this kind of tough decision, I was so torn, I didn't want to but I wanted to end the pain for my cat. They were not sincere at all for what I was going through and just made me feel like the worse person on the planet. The doctor just came in gave her the shots to put her to sleep and walked out of the room, he didn't say one word to us, he was so rude and not caring in anyway. I would avoid this place, they may know what they are talking about but they will charge you so much money and they are completely rude and will try and get as much money out of you as possible. They don't care how you are feeling and they don't understand that everyone cannot afford to do such big procedures, even when there is a chance it won't work.

i do not recommend this place i brought my cat in and they charged me a 55.00 dollar exam which is fine but would not tell me what was wrong. then wanted to charge me another 55.00 for another exam on top of 1,128 dollars to tell me what was wrong. i have kids that have to watch there cat die because they wouldn't tell me whats wrong. i advise anybody who does business or has done business with them go to the bbb and open a complaint because these are some shady business practices.

Absolutely horrible place!! I was treated horrible and they took it out on my animal. I only had questions and they were "to busy" to answer them and made me feel like an inconvenience. I highly recommend you find someplace else to go!!! And after all was said and done they really did nothing for my cat and charged me up the rear!
