As a knowledgeable and extremely picky pet owner, there is nowhere else that I would trust with my dogs' care. The staff are excellent with my animals and the Doctors honestly have your pet's best interests in mind.

Disappointing experience. Recently moved to the area and went in to have my dog's annual checkup and updates of vaccinations. Office was clean and staff was friendly enough but when I was with the doctor the service felt anything but personal. First, upon the slightest resistance in my dog to go with the doctor they immediately put him in a muzzle. Seriously? Oh course he's tentative, this is the vet is it not? My dog is about as timid as they come. Next, they wouldn't let me lift my dog onto the table, furthering his anxiety I'm sure. I guess I'm not qualifed for dog lifting. So there I was, dog muzzled, shaking on the table, myself relegated to the corner of the room. They gave him a very brief check up with about as much care as dropping a bomb in the desert. It was impersonal, cold, and hurried. They then stuck a needle in his butt and the doctor was out of the room before I had a chance to blink. Anyhow, I've already called another vet in the area and will be taking the care of my dog there. Disappointing to say the least.
