We were referred from Wisconsin on an emergency basis. The staff and doctors were caring, professional and straightforward. I did call back with a question after the fact and the on-call doctor who hadn't worked with us previously was dismissive and less than helpful. I would go to Blue Pearl again.

It's a busy place, but that's to be expected in an emergency hospital. I was referred by my vet, as my cat had a mass develop on his liver. I was told of the risks of doing nothing, and the risks of surgery. Everything was well explained to me, and they even suggested options for financing. The surgery was performed quickly, and I was updated along the way. Got my cat home sooner than expected, and paid less than what was quoted. Dr. Isis Sanchez is the best!
