My husband and I have been going here for a few years now, but until recently we will never go back! My cat injured himself in out garage while hunting and we took him in because he was holding his paw up and wouldn't walk on it. They told us he was fine and his paw was not broken just swollen and charged us $200. A week later he still wasn't walking on it and was not his normal self. We went to a different vet and got an ex-ray and found out his paw was indeed broken in multiple places. If you love your pet don't take your pet to this hospital! These doctors need to go back to vet school and have their licenses pulled!

I've been here a couple times with my dog. Seems to be a good vetnarian clinic, good vets. However, they seem to send my home with way more meds and drops and any thing else that they can make u feel like your pet needs than is necessary! On top of that, try and tell me how I should buy food from them as well. It's obvious that they make a commission on whatever the sell! My advice to you is to make sure that what ever they're prescribing you is necessary, and not just a way for them to make extra commission.

I've been taking my pets here for over 10 years. Of late, they seem more concerned with their profit margin and less about the health of their patients. Every visit, I feel some high pressure sales going on... everything from teeth cleaning (not really needed) and high pressure to purchase Heartworm preventive from them rather than a REPUTABLE and more economic online source. After 10 plus years, it is time for me to go to a different vet!

Since VCA took over this practice, the price increases have been incredibly high -- ranging from 33% up to 60%. They do an excellent job, but you can find equally good care in Bloomington for less money.
