My kitties have been patients of BAH for almost ten years and although our experience with Dr. Bryan was horrible Dr. Renee is amazing, she is very compassionate, she make a point to make sure that we understand an illness, and all the options available. Sadly I had to put one of my babies down in 2012 it was the hardest thing ever and Dr. Renee was right there with me, informed me on what to expect with each step to come. BAH also allowed to take all the time I needed with my boy in the room alone after he was gone. The location is easy to find, clinic is clean and warm feeling. The tech staff are fun and friendly! I highly recommend BAH and Dr. Renee!

I went to this hospital for a couple years with several animals. Basic services at what I thought were outrageous prices. Then, I had a Bichon dog that I brought in with all of her shots, ready for grooming. She had been groomed twice before w/o incidents elsewhere. When I brought her in there they called me and said that she had a seizure during grooming and I paid like 5 times what a grooming should have cost. The second time I brought her in for grooming the same thing happens & it cost me $200 for "simply" grooming I haven't brought my dog in for grooming since because they wouldn't allow me to come & be with here during the process.

I am sad that I have to give this review, but I felt like I needed to let people know about my experience. I have been a customer here for 10yrs, so I am not reviewing lightly. I will first say that the Vet techs are amazing and compassionate people and my experience every time with them has been wonderful! My cat of 19yr had to be put down a few months ago and my experience with Dr Bryan was awful! He was cold, uncompassionate, rushing me, and told me that if I had just done more we could have saved my cat. What an awful thing to say to someone who's furry friend is actively dying on their lap! Even when I asked him if I could hold my cat on my lap as he was euthanized Dr Bryan was argumentative with me. While animals need care, so do their humans, and to be talked down to like he did was so disappointing and hurtful. I am glad to see that others have had a better experience than I have. I have been taking my pets to Brookdale Animal Hospital for nine years, the staff, Dr. Renee and Dr. Bryan have been fabulous and informative and always go above and beyond on every visit. I have brought my dog in for regular visits and also emergency situations, Dr. Renee is always upfront and has a genuine care for my animals. The technicians always call and follow up with me on home care and the well being of my pets, they too love and care about the animals they treat, they have a passion and truly love what they do. I am always confident and comforted by the diagnosis and care through regular routine visits and also during the emergency situations I have dealt with. The costs for services are very reasonable and fair. I HIGHLY recommend Brookdale Animal Hospital to any pet owner, I am extremely happy with Dr. Renee and will continue to bring my pets here for years to come. Thank you to Dr. Renee and all the staff at Brookdale Animal Hospital for the exceptional care of my pets over the years!

I took my 15 year old cat Harley to see Dr. Renee for a check-up. The staff was upfront with the costs and treatment plan (which turned out to be half the price of a hospital I used to bring Harley to in Maple Grove). Dr. Renee explained in detail what Harley's health issues are and how to treat them. The staff was tender and kind with my old kitty and took great care of her. I will be returning to Brookdale Animal Hospital for future appointments.
