I brought in a stool sample from my dog and they were to perform test to see what was up. Took my money and then called after their attempt to culture and was told it was too small to sample. I think that could have been noted when I dropped it off. they wanted more and More Money. This is also a place of irresponsibility. My dog was given to them at 6 months to be "fixed" I got a call after the procedure telling me she had gotten loose and could not be found. My partner and I searched all night in the 30 degree below zero weather and I did not locate her until 6 am the next day. No compensation or apology. I would not bring a dead animal to this place, must less a live one.

We had a problem with this vet. My roommate had been taking her dog here for the check-ups when he broke his leg. When we brought him in to see what could be done, the male vet seemed to look down on us. We asked him about all of the treatment options because finances were a huge deal in our situation. He blew us off and insisted that the extremely expensive surgery to use plates and screws was the only viable option. My friend was extremely upset because he refused to even discuss casting or amputation with us as options. He said the surgery would be $1700-1900, well out of the range of what she could afford to pay for the dog. Luckily we found a vet at another clinic that was willing to work with the injury. He ended up being able to keep the splint that the emergency vet applied initially. He only needed to have the splint changed every few weeks and x-rays done to monitor progress. The whole thing was MUCH cheaper than this vet let on that we could get. I did hear that the female vet is very nice, however due to this horrible experience with this guy, I will be avoiding this place from now on.
