Dr. Monica cared for my pug Jake for years. Through thick and thin, multiple surgeries for cancer, tooth extractions, she ALWAYS delivered top notch care with compassion. Jake passed away peacefully a few months ago, and Monica sent a sympathy card signed by all the staff. It was very heartwarming and definitely helped during that tough time. For our other dog Chloe and for ANY pet we have in the future, Dr Monica will be the only one we will take them to. I can't offer enough praise for her and her staff.

My family has been going to Northbrook since I can remember with all of our dogs we've had over the years. We really loved Dr. Warren and were sad to hear he was retiring, but have been pleased with the new ownership. We had to put down our Airedale last fall and dealt with Dr. Maddox along the way - she made an incredibly difficult time more bearable as she was very compassionate during that time. I recently adopted my own dog and now live out in Ramsey, but still make the drive to Northbrook to see Dr. Maddox. Northbrook has made a lasting impression and I will continue bringing my dogs there in the future!

I have been a customer of Northbrook Animal Hospital, P.A. since 2008. This is a convenient location for me since it’s near my home. After Monica took over, I noticed a lot of really good changes and upgrades to the clinic. Everyone is super nice and helpful, as I typically come with a lot of questions about my two Boston Terriers. One of the employees who has been working at the clinic since I started coming (Cassie) is the main reason I keep coming back. She is excellent with my dogs and it’s just nice to see a familiar face from year to year. Monica loves all animals and that is obvious by the way she treats my dogs. She is honest and caring and someone I will continue to consult with in the future. I highly recommend this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the service I receive!

Love Northbrook Animal Hospital! Have been taking our furry family members there for years, were sad to hear that Dr Warren retired but am very happy about Auntie M and her fabulous team! Ally loves them all and Auntie M always has lots of hugs and kisses to give her - Ally eats it up! They have been so helpful in answering any and all questions I have - sometimes I even ask the same ones over and over because I am forgetful - they are so patient and thorough, I definitely recommend them!

Was surprised to learn Dr. Warren has retired, and as much as I loved having him as my Vet for 30+ years, I am more than happy with the new kids on the block, Dr's McMahon and Maddox and their fabulous staff. TLC for pets and excellent care. will continue to bring my (now aging) pets to this great place. (and excellent care and sensitivity when pet loss occurs). rayne west
