We have been bringing our pets to Crossroads Animal Hospital since they opened. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The vets, techs, and staff are outstanding in their knowledge, caring, and professionalism. They are all willing to go that extra step to help and make the time to meet with clients and take extra special care of the furry clients in need. When one of my cats has had a medical issue or crisis, Crossroads has bent over backwards to do their research, and find options and solutions. They truly care about the well being of our pets and the owners!
Crossroads has been taking wonderful care of our pets for the last 25 years. We currently have three 18 year old cats, all from the same litter. One of our cats has had diabetes since he was 11 years old. When he was diagnosed, the Crossroads team taught us how to test his glucose i give him insulin. Dr. Michels has worked closely with us in treating our pets and always has the most up to date information. They are willing to listen to our ideas and concerns. It is great to have a vet that works in partnership with a pets owners.
We have been pet owners and customers to Crossroads for over 23 years. We know the care has been top notch ever moment of that time from our first 2 precious babies (a Samoyed and a Persian) to our current family of 2 amazing Persians. Our babies are cared for in the best possible manner and we rely on Dr Davies, Dr Michaels and Dr Longevin and the whole staff for the best care and advice. They have helped us to be the best pet parents we can be!
I took my sick kitty Oliver to Crossroads after needing to find a new vet closer to home and after having a poor experience at my other vet of 8 years. Crossroads has been wonderful and all the people who work there have been so kind and caring and have helped to get my little guy back on his feet and running around again. I would definitely recommend Crossroads to my friends and family members.
We have taken both of our cats here for all their needs. The staff and doctors are have always been helpful and considerate of our cats. Our first cat lived to be 17 years old. Our second cat is now 10 years old and has had all of her care here as well. We wouldn't take them anywhere else.
