I took a paralytic redfoot tortoise Charlie in to Valley view. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to immediately pick out issues and prioritize treatment based off of severity. A surrendered animal, Charlie is now faring much better. For awhile there, no one was sure he would make it. And while he will probably never move his front legs again, he can finally kick his deformed little back legs and will excitedly eat offered strawberries. I would recommend this vet for exotics.

Holy moly. I don't know if I can go to any other vet. I'm sure there are other awesome ones out there, but VV has been *so* good to us. My wife and I have 2 guinea pigs and the doctors and techs know their stuff. Any questions we have are answered clearly. I never leave there wondering if my pet is getting the best care. Dr. Larry, Dr. Michelle, and all the rest of the staff there are running a top-notch, caring, knowledgeable, and very skilled veterinary practice. If you're looking for a vet in the cities, the drive to Burnsville is *well* worth it for these guys!

I brought my bearded dragon here on a recommendation from a friend. First time after she had laid eggs and had one broken inside of her. I dropped her off in the morning and they updated me with her condition in the afternoon, and I conferred with Dr. Tholl (the husband) when I went to pick her up. Exotic exams tend to be very expensive but I feel they charged a very fair rate compared to other exotic vets I've been to. The 2nd time the same dragon was having hip problems. I had to take her in a couple times and talked with both Dr.'s. They were so incredibly helpful with suggestions and treatment options. The staff there is awesome too! Last time with a different dragon I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Nalezny, who actually happened to be on my short list of back-up vets in case for some reason I couldn't make it to Valley View! She was wonderful as well, she definitely knows her stuff and I look forward to seeing her again for a follow-up.

My family was recommended to Valley View Hospital from a good friend. We brought our beloved dog, Taz, there. Taz was over 12 years old and unable to walk, eat, or drink water. He was suffering terribly and it was finally time to say goodbye. The team at Valley View explained the procedure and options in detail so my family knew exactly what to expect. Throughout the emotionally draining procedure, the Valley View team was emotionally supportive, reverent, and professional. My family and I cannot thank Valley View Pet Hospital enough.

They were wonderful with our two ferrets, and were able to give us reasonable treatment options that gave us extra time with them we would not have received elsewhere. They really welcome you in like family when your animals are their patients, and are always friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to use them and have chosen to bring our dog there over less expensive options because of their service. Peace of mind is priceless!
