Dr. Pavek and his staff are simply WONDERFUL. When you walk in you are treated as if you belong there and your pet is an important part of the family. Dr. Pavek and his wife Jane LOVE ALL animals, and it is so apparent in the extra mile everyone is willing to go to make a stressful office visit calm and easy-going. My dog has been known to go behind the counter and sit with the staff while waiting for me to pick him up if he has just had routine checkups, etc. As my dog has matured he has needed more significant care. Pavek's staff takes all of my calls seriously and have always taken in emergency situations immediately or carefully walked me through measures I can take at home.
