Very positive. In an unfortunate accident my bird was in a dire condition when I came to them for help. Unfortunately there was no time left and my bird passed. It was very hard but they didn't charge for their services but gave me a lovely clay heart with my bird's feet imprints and sent me a card a week later signed by the staff with their condolences. I was very touched by these gestures and I would recommend this place to any who want a excellent collection of people to handle their pets.

I went to Cedar Pet Clinic specifically for their avian expertise. Very grateful to know the well-being of my bird is in the hands of such knowledgeable and kind professionals.
