We HIGHLY recommend North Paws! We were very impressed with the professionalism and compassion that Dr. Riggs and her staff provided during our visit. Although the visit itself was tough (we brought in our cat to be put down), Dr. Riggs was incredibly kind and helped us immensely during that difficult time. We even received a card in the mail from Dr. Riggs and her staff with their condolences about the loss of our cat. You can tell that Dr. Riggs truly cares about the well being of pets (and their owners!) when you visit North Paws. Again, we would highly recommend her!

I had a great experience with North Paws. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the different wellness packages, and they obviously care about what they are doing. The facility itself is great - spacious, well-laid out (anybody with an active dog in a waiting room can tell you why this is important), and clean. I like that they are able to do many of the diagnostic tests (x-ray, labs) in the clinic instead of waiting for days by sending them out. Dr. Riggs was extremely professional and thorough. One of our dogs had some dental issues, and she thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of all of the options available to us for his treatment. We purchased the dental wellness package for both of our dogs, which when I compared its features to other clinics was a very good deal. Will definitely be bringing our dogs back!

Great vet clinic! I have 4 animals, 2 dogs and 2 cats and have received excellent care for each of them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and seem to be more concerned with the well being of each animal opposed to being concerned with how close it is to closing time when you come in or how many plans or services they can offer you. The grooming service they provide is very convenient also, I've recommenced it to many of my friends. Only negative I would say is the location is a little hard to see from the road when driving by but that is just nick-picking.
