LOVE Dr Gatto, the techs and support staff!! Dr Gatto is warm, kind, truly loves animals and wants to make sure that you are on the same page. I love him to pieces, and hope he never retires. If only the same could be said for their female vet :-(

----TERRIBLE---. don't take you animal here my cat was very sick and the Dr. said she has to be put down if the medicine don't work, the Dr took blood one time, ,,, a month went by and the same clinic , didn't do more tests . the place don't care about animals in my opinion , its sad to see how many animals died at this place , i took my cat to another veterinarian , my cat is doing much better,

I have been taking my cats to this vet for about 15 years or so -- with some brief experiences at other vet clinics from time to time -- and have had nothing but good experiences at Best Friends. The doctor always takes his time to be thorough, and obviously cares a lot about each animal. My best memory was when I took a very sick cat expecting the recommendation would be to put her to sleep, but the doc thought her liver ailment was treatable, gave us the appropriate meds, and within days she was on the path back to health. I have always been grateful that he talked me out of the euthenasia idea in favor of giving this treatment a chance to work, which it did. That was about 8 years ago and she is still going strong!

We found our new vet. The people there were extremely friendly and interested in what we had to say. Dr Gatto talked easily with us and was both approachable and knowledgeable. We originally came here because the first vet we took our cat to continually overcharged us without making her better. After spending a half hour at Best Friends Animal Hospital I'm confident they'll help us fix our cat's medical issues without breaking our bank account doing it.
