This is a great clinic. The vets explain everything and take time with us. Very good for us because it is close, inexpensive and very good.

Over the course of 35 years, Dr. Baker and Dr. Kane have cared for 2 English Bulldogs, 1 Norwegian Elkhound, 1 Pug, 1 Mystery Mix and 5 cats for me. They and the other members of the Broadway Robbinsdale staff have always been kind, helpful, committed and extremely competent in caring for my animals ( and their owner). I will be very sorry to see Dr. Baker retire in the next few years, but I will remain a loyal B-R customer as long as I have pets that need care.

We are done. I order anti-seizure medication for my dog from a pharmacy in Iowa for the cost savings. Broadway Robbinsdale took 2 full days to approve the refill that my dog NEEDS so he won't have a SEIZURE. The approval came on a Friday. So that extra day they took to sign off on a simple request cost me the weekend with business day shipping. My dog will be out of meds on Sunday, and will probably have a breakthrough seizure. I just don't think they pay attention or care. I drove the extra miles to this vet based on internet reviews. Especially the reviews for Dr. Baker. They have handed me off to Michelle Mergener DVM, who is annoying at best when you communicate with her. Ever have anyone just keep going UmmHmm, ummmHmmm,ummHmmmm the entire time you are speaking--as though you are being rushed along?? And her tentative baby talk way with my dog frightens him. BYE

Love these guys. They take excellent care of our dogs. They are really reasonably priced and don't try to sell you unnecessary services. They are also really understanding about our pup who has a lot of stranger anxiety.

Clean office and friendly, helpful staff, made our first visit to this clinic a very positive experience. The doctor was very nice and informative. Overall I believe we got what we paid for. I definitely think you would do well bringing your pet to here.
