We brought in our beloved kitty to be euthanized, as she had been seizuring all morning and was paralyzed/blind from the sudden attacks. Dr. Nelson and his staff took advantage of us in our grief and said they thought they knew what was wrong, and that we should give them a chance (with no guarantee). 3 days of our kitty suffering (her seizures caused her to bite her paws violently) and over $800 later, they told us there was nothing they could do. We opted for euthanasia, and Dr. Nelson EUTHANIZED OUR CAT BEFORE WE GOT TO SAY GOODBYE, BEFORE WE ENTERED THE ROOM. I do not fault them for not saving her life, I fault them for their manipulative practices of guilt tripping a grieving family who had already made their decision to end to their cat's suffering. I hope this review prevents other pets and pet lovers from having to go through this.

We are witching our vet immediately. Not only did they gas our dog today without our consent, then charge us for it all because he wouldn't sit still for a vaccine, but they were both physically and verbally abusive when we brought our little guy in for a haircut last month. We have a 7lb Brussels Griffon that should require neither gassing or physical abuse in order to have his hair cut or be given a vaccine. Overall, very poor quality of service. Smile to your face but scream at your dog behind closed doors. Not my idea of a good vet.
