I brought my dog here to be groomed just this week. The groomer (Haylie) was really great! The staff was so friendly. When I picked my dog up, the girl just gushed about how much she loved her. The whole time I was talking to her she was knelt down petting her. She called my dog by name and even said goodbye to her as we walked out the door, it was so sweet! I am so happy to have found a groomer I can feel comfortable dropping her off with. I would definitely recommend them!

My wife and I have been very happy with MVAH. We first bought our kittens to them based on the reviews we saw online and then our puppy when we got him. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We've always gotten into a room at the time we scheduled the appointment for (I know sometimes the unexpected happens and there are delays but havent had that happen here). The one thing that stands out to me is how helpful the vets and technicians were. One of our cats is a long-hair and the hindquarters hair has been a problem with the litter box and the tech's offered to trim the hair for us at no cost. They also let us bring them in to have the techs administer medicine when we were at our wits ends trying to get the cats to take an oral medication. While not huge things, they go out of their way to be helpful and you can tell they care about the animals and their customers

It's been 10 years now, and right from the start they've always treated me and my dogs as if we're special. I appreciate that they call me and my dogs by our names when we walk in the door and that my dogs have been always treated with kindness and compassion. They talk to me like an intelligent, knowledgeable dog owner. I'll always remember the night our dog died and the doctor came in to the clinic late at night - that meant so much. I appreciate that we never have long to wait to be seen when we come and I've never felt rushed in an appointment. Even though it's a 40-50 min drive I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

All though we have had many issues with Daytona I have had nothing but the best I mean the best service from Sr. Schnabel the kindness has shown everytime and the rest of the staff as well always so kind even with Daytona's attitude.

I've visited many vets over my various pets' lifetimes and continue to rate Tanya and Mounds VIew as the finest, most complete and educational vet that I've used.
