Really love the staff! Friendly and wonderful with my two cats!

I'm new to the area and I went here for the first time. My cats absolutely hate going to the vet, and I don't blame them. Coming to this clinic has been an entirely different experience for me. Bringing my cat to the clinic was NOTHING like I expected it to be. My cat was actually purring before we left the clinic. Dr. Clinch was wonderful and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I was able to be with my cat as she was getting blood drawn, which wasn't as traumatic as I was expecting. As a matter of fact, the entire visit was absolutely wonderful and nothing like the traumatic visits that I am used to at other clinics. I would have never believed that my cat was purring in a vet clinic if I hadn't been there myself. I am definitely coming back to this clinic.

We love TLC! We have been taking our pets there since the day the opened and we have referred friends and their pets there as well. They have always taken that extra time for us and our pets. They truly care about each and every animal.

Dr Clinch, Dr Langness and the staff have been caring for my dogs for more than 10 years, and I would not go anywhere else. It us critical to have as much trust in your veterinarian as you do your own physician and TLC creates that trust. They are not just my dogs' healthcare providers oar excellence, I consider them my friends.

New to the area I chose TLC because it had good ratings when I goggled Vet clinics near Oakdale. I was nervous to take my dog to a new vet, but had little choice. I have OFFICIALLY found a new vet! Dr Langness and ALL the staff were so exceptionally nice and caring, especially Emily. They answered all my questions. My dog is terrified of the vet, and she walked out of there on a loose leash and calm. NOT the way she walked in! Dr Langness was very laid back, and knowledgeable. Not the rush right into the most expensive procedure to make money kind of vet! Definitely recommend TLC, and I will be a return customer!
