I am deeply indebted to All Paws Animal Hospital and Dr. Kerry for their amazing care of my cat this past July. On a Friday at midnight, my cat suffered a seizure and I rushed her to the emergency hospital where they gave her the best care they could. On Monday, All Paws made room for her even though they didn't have appointment openings. They were honest and realistic about her conditions; they gave me all my options and they didn't judge me for not being able to order all the most expensive tests. They were on call throughout the week to answer questions as my cat's condition worsened but they never charged me for their time on the phone. By the end of that week my cat had lost control of her back legs, she wasn't really seeing, she wasn't eating, she was miserable, and she had ceased to be my beloved cat. I called All Paws in tears and they had me bring her in immediately. Even though Dr. Kerry wasn't on the clock till 9:30am, she came in early and put my cat down for me to end her suffering. Because of my cat's miserable condition, Dr. Kerry decided that she needed to be tested for rabies - the test result was negative - but she could see how devastated I was so she offered to drive my cat's body to the UofM campus for me to have the test done. She didn't charge me a cent to drive my dead cat across the city. As if that weren't enough, a few weeks later I got a letter in the mail informing me that All Paws Animal Hospital had made a donation in the name of my cat to a foundation that trains companion animals. I was completely blown away by the thorough care they gave to my cat and the compassion and generosity they showed me and, on top of that, they even donated money in memory of my cat. I don't have words to convey the extent of my gratitude and loyalty to All Paws Animal Hospital. - Amy
